Alan is a tax preparer at CASM Tax Service, Inc. which  is a San Diego, CA based business specializing in Income Tax preparation, IRS Representation, and Bookkeeping.

With over 17 years of experience,  Alan is a seasoned tax professional. He has prepared thousands of tax returns for individuals, families, and small businesses and his years of experience and on-going tax education enables him to solve tax issues.

Alan was a tax preparer, office leader, and instructor for a major tax preparation business, an engineer, and submarine naval officer.  He received his B.S. and his MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois. In 2000, he achieved the Enrolled Agent designation from the Department of the Treasury and is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the California Association of Enrolled Agents, National Tax Practice Institute, and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
